Playbook Mentors: Live at Lincoln Center
As a bandleader for many years, CEO and Founder of Playbook Sammy Miller has released albums as Sammy Miller and the Congregation.
Back in action, Sammy brought the Congregation 16 person Big Band back to Dizzy’s Club at Jazz At Lincoln Center for two consecutive nights to record Playbook’s first record: Live at Lincoln Center.
This included all of our wonderful mentors: Alphonso Horne, Dr. Molly Miller, Corbin Jones, Adison Evans, and Ben Flocks.
Sammy also brought in voices of the youth of today’s jazz community such as, Kellin Hanas and Sarah Goldberg, and Avery Joi
.
